Christophe Hille, Nathan Foot, and Chris Ronis opened Northern Spy Food Co. as a small neighborhood restaurant in the East Village. The menu is built around seasonality and quality, whenever possible using locally-grown, -caught, or -produced ingredients and the beers come entirely from the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern regions. Fresh food and a casual vibe are the name of the game at Northern Spy. We head this direction when we are craving veggies!
