Our #drinkswithloverboy tag started here. We (loverboy and I), met at Tipsy Parson for a few low key beers on stools over the winter (no pressure), and eventually the love story evolved into dinner, and last weekend, brunch! And what an amazing brunch it was.
I had a hard time choosing, but I settled on the Belgian Waffle (with bourbon-pecan butter, strawberry-rhubarb compote, and whipped cream!) and because i’m working on my APF (alltime personal fattest) status, a side of maple smoked bacon. Holy sh$*UUt. It was an extraordinary meal with an extraordinary boy.
I’m totally hooked on both.
